Toxic in Blue

I used the Toxic in Blue decoupage sheet for this card, very vibrant colours.

Black card was used to make the easel shape, the decoupaged image was matted and layered on to a vibrant pink pearl card, I also used this card for the border and to make a skirt to go with the bodice. I used an embossing folder for the flower and just carefully cut round the shape. The card was finished off with some Glamour dust, sparkly border peel-off's and a pink bow.
