I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a lime green card. I added some stickles to the flowers and other elements. A few rhinestones and the tag included to finish off

The sheet sprinted on to photo paper. The main image was attached to white card, then on to pearl green card. The layers were added using foam pads. Gems were added to finish.
