I took a plain white card and printed the topper onto photo paper and added the base layer to a plain white oval card then a plain blue oval card, building up the layers using silicone glue.
This was placed off centre as I had put a strip of plain blue, gold and cream card, one on top of the other, near the card's spine and added the remaining topper pieces to embellish.
I then added a sentiment from the sheet.
