I printed the design onto crafty Bob matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I matted and layered the base element using yellow card and mounted it onto a blank green card.I then added the decoupage using foam pads.To finish the card I added some pearls and the sentiment.This card doesn't need anything added as it's simply gorgeous,thankyou Janet.
