English Roses and Waterfall

I used a good quality photo card stock for this on a lilac background, and after carefully cutting out each of the pieces of decoupage I layered them using foam pads, finishing off with candyfloss glitter glue to the waterfall and roses. adding a dark mauve silk ribbon and bow to the spine.

I assembled the card using DST and small sticky pads throughout. The picture was printed onto best glossy greeting card and mounted onto a ready made purchased card blank.

I glued a strip of toning card to the inside right hand side to show through the lace work, a matching narrower one on the opposite side then cut and shaped my flowers, One tiny pearl on the bow completed the card, and selected my sentiment from those on offer.What a pretty picture
