I printed the sheet out onto glossy photo paper, and also printed out just the dragons heads again to give me another layer of decoupage. I cut out the decoupage and attached using foam pads. I then attached to a white card blank to finish this great design. Although the cutting out is quite fiddley in place the finished design is stunning once completed. Thank you for designing this for me.
