I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.

I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality white card stock leaving a border all round. I then trimmed 3 edges with a fancy cutter and decoupaged the remaining elements on top. I then placed the sympathy tag in place.
