I used an A5 lilac card and matted and layered the girl image onto pink paper with a wavy border.
I decoupaged the girl, balloon and present and added the 2 today sentiment matted with the pink paper.
I added the cupcake border at the base and decoupaged the Happy Birthday sentiment.
