I printed on to paper, slightly reduced in size to fit a 7x5 card. Mounted the topper on to a white card and layered all elements. Added confetti stars to embellish, and printed my own greeting. A great fun design for all football fans.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage and added the greeting using thin foam tape.
