Mounted onto 8 x 8" card with corner cut on my Cameo cutting machine, I first added a layer of silver glittery net and decoupaged with foam pads, added red gems and tied red ruffled ribbon round the spine, the decoupage layers give an amazing 3d effect..a stunning design.
I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with tartan paper and mounted it onto a red card,I added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel and to finish the card I added a gold bow...a gorgeous cute design.
