I added the topper to a matt of plain red card and red and white bauble paper mounted onto an 8x8 card blank.The decoupage was built using 3d foam pads and i added some card candi and a co-ordinating ribbon to finish.A gorgeous design with loads of dimension....sooo cute!

I printed the sheet onto white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto a layer of green card and then onto my card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
