I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I made an easel card using the topper and insert and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...I added little pearls as a stopper to the base card...a lovely cute design.
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with gold corner peel-offs.
A cute festive design.
