The Weatherman Says Its Snowing

I printed this image onto gloss photo paper,cut out the main image and mounted it onto blue pearlised card, then cut out the decoupage images, using foam pads mounted it onto the main image, using blue pearlised card I folded the card so that it was a easel card added the mounted image, mounted silver peel off onto blue card then onto silver miri card, added this to the main card finished off with silver picture,lines and corner peel offs and added glamour dust to main picture
