Winter snowscene with lace border and christmas roses. I have designed this card front with and extra decoupage lace border for you to add as an extra frame to the picture.
Cut out the card front and attach to blank card then cut out frame and cut out the centre.
Place over the image with foam pads or silicone glue

I covered a white card blank with red mirror card and added the background. I then cut out the border and added that with 3mm foam pads.
I added glitter gel pen to the moon, church windows, scrolls, flowers and holly and finished it off with a gold peel off sentiment.
