I printed the sheet onto white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto a layer of white card with punched border then a layer of blue card and then onto my card base using DST.
I then added the decoupage with foam pads.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to copper card, then on to a card. Layered all elements. Added beads, gems and glitter, and finished with a greeting. A beautiful design.
