Such a cute card.....I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a red mat then a green mat and then a red card.
I used blue peel offs around outer edge and used a tag included with the sheet.Finally some gold stickles for the garland and a red and gold bow.

I printed the sheet onto satin photo paper. Cut out the main picture and attached it to a white card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
