Mounted main image onto A5 card with double-sided tape and added the layers with foam pads. Placed sticky ribbon across the card and added the sentiment. Sprayed topper with glitter.
I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper. I cut out the main picture and layered it onto some red and blue card, then a white card blank.
The decoupage was added using foam pads.
