Printed onto matt photopaper, cut out main image and attached to a white scalloped card blank, I added a pearl self adhesive border and then added the decoupage with glue gel.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to white card, then on to a card covered in red. Layered all elements. Added a die cut snowflake with a gem, a greeting, beads and glitter. A gorgeous design.
