This is an A5 sized card front, in faux envelope style with a scallop edged faux flap.
Santa and Rudolph are spelling out NOEL on the card front, and decoupage is included on the sheet, along with some decorative bits and sentiment panels, one of which has been left blank for you to add your own peel-off sentiment if you wish.

Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto red card stock. I siliconed the layers and finished of with some red jewels for the berries and a white insert.
