I printed the design on good quality matte paper. I attached the base a white card and decoupaged the elements with silicone glue. I added one of the sentiments. Love the design!

I printed sheet onto smooth card then cut out all the elements, using DST to stick the base to a card blank lastly used foam pads for the layers.
