I printed the design on good quality paper and cut around the scallops, I attached the design to a red card and added a white insert to the inside.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone and added rhinestones to the centre of the flowers and glitter to the red on the bell.
This is a stunning design, absolutely beautiful!! Great purchase.
