Candles and Baubles 7x7 Card with Decoupage

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I add the greeting using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the candle flames to complete this gorgeous card.
