I printed the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut it out. I stuck the card topper to a red cardwith tape and added the decoupage layers with foam pads. I decorated the card with silver border and corner peeloffs to finish it off.
This sheet makes a pretty card for anyone who has mixed race children to send cards to.
