I printed the design on good quality photo paper and attached the base to a white card cutting around the design into the same shape.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added glitter to sections of the design. Absolutely beautiful design...a must have.

I printed this onto glossy Crafty Bob paper and then attached it to white cardstock, then I cut and attached the decoupage pieces with 3D squares.
Love this image and makes a lovely card.
