Stained Glass Christmas Bell
step by step decoupage on a card front

The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a navy blue card as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of gold embossed card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads and Pinflair glue gel.
I used clear glaze on the holly berries, stardust stickles on the snow, a bow and a Sakura clear stardust pen to decorate.
I used the image of Stained Glass Christmas Bell and I decoupaged the image using raised sticky pads to make the image stand out. The corners on the stained glass stick out further than the rest of the stained glass image. I then added glossy accents to the holly berries and the rim around the bell and the ringer at the bottom and also on the lamp light too and the base of the lamp.
I then added fluffy stuff for the snow falling down and on the lamp and the top of the base snow. I added more snow to the image and made it fluffy by using my heat gun to raise the white.
