I printed out onto photo paper I then cut out the main topper and added some glitter to the snowflake back ground I then mounted onto white card I then add the decoupage layers and added glitter to his hat I then made a silver paper ribbon and attached to the front and finished off with a silver peel off border
With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the main design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a wonderful design for Christmas, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
