I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a blue mat and then a gold card. I added some blue peel offs,some green pearls,some diamone stickles and a blue bow to finish

I printed the sheet onto white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto a layer of blue card and then onto my card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
