First of all I covered a card blank with backing paper in colours matching the topper. I then decoupaged the picture and mounted it onto the card.
To finish off I added the 'boy's toys' tag and the happy birthday sentiment.
I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and added the main image onto a 16cm.sq. card as shown.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card as shown. Other captions could be Son or Brother. Just let me know.
