Birthday Boy 1 Today Decoupage Topper

Great 1 Today 'Birthday Boy' Decoupage Topper with bright colours & fun decoupage elements. Just cut out the elements on the sheet & attach to your card front with either foam pads/silicone glue.

I added coloured glitter glue to my finished card & it highlighted the many aspects of this card. There are numbers 1 - 9 in this set of birthday boy card fronts. There will be more of these fun designs coming shortly including girlie card fronts so please pop back to take a look.
