This beautiful 5x7 birthday card is in rose and shades of brown with touches of lace and scroll work. A pink rose is laid behind the lettering and rough-cut decoupage pieces are included. I 'rough-cut' them so that if you bobble on the finer parts it isn't noticeable.

My design was printed and cut out. I layered the elements of my 3D design. I used a soft pink pearlised card and then found a background paper which I tore to give an antiqued look.
I then brushed the edge of the torn paper with bronze ink.
I found an antique cream lace to lay along the spine of the card and cut out the roses for the corners.
A couple of diamentes for bling finishes this pretty and simple card.
