A 6x6 inch card front of a teddy bear holding three birthday balloons, with decoupage layers.
The background has a white lace style frame with heart-shaped corners.
The phrase "Happy Birthday" is positioned on the bottom left of the lace frame.
The decoupage layers are numbered so that you know which order to add them to your card in.
Three matching tags are included on the sheet. These could be used as gift tags, or added on to the card/envelope for extra decoration.

Printed onto decoupage paper, cut out and placed onto scalloped card with tape. Used pads to add the layers and tied ribbon down the side. Added stripes to the balloons and gems to the hat and tag.
