Bears in the Garden Decoupage Topper
This is a really sweet design. There are all the elements on the sheet for you to use to make up a lovely card. This card can be used for any occasion whether it be a birthday, special event or just to make someone smile. You can use either foam pads or silicone glue to build up the layers.

With this design i placed the main design base in the centre of a cream C5 card then i added gold borders all round the outside edges of the main card and design base, i then built up the design using all the elements, to finish i placed a brown bow to the top right of the card, this design has terrific colours and is simple to make up, and is very effective when finished.
