I then printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.){kind=link}
Before printing this design I typed "Happy BIrthday" at the top left corner. I then printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.
I printed the sheet onto a good quality photo paper and cut out all the elements. I matted the main part of the topper onto black card using double sided tape, and then put it on an A5 card blank.
I used outline peel offs round the edge and corner peel offs on each corner of the map. I used glue gel to build up the decoupage. This was a very easy card to cut out and make.
