8 x 8 Birthday Clock Topper with 3D Decoupage Hands
A lovely fun Birthday Clock quick card topper 3d decoupage clock hands designed to fit an 8" x 8" card. Cut out the hands and to the the clock face at whatever time you'd like it to be using a brad, double sided foam pads or silicone glue to make a stunning 3d card.
