I printed on to matte photo paper at a slightly reduced size. Mounted the topper on to a 5x7 card and trimmed the bottom edge with a scallop blade. Layered all elements. Added gems and a bow to embellish. The most prettiest of designs that will suit all ages.
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to C5 scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with pink and gold gems to flower centres and silver metal butterfly.

used A4 Lanscape card, made the backing paper from main picture, backed the card with double sided tape, cut all the pieces out and decoupaged them with silicone glue. on the flowers I have put stuck stick on pearls, so it looks like a string of pearls going through the flowers, I also put a gem on the retail tag.
Then typed out a Happy Birthday and backed it with silver card. and stuck on with sticky pads.

Card elements trimmed, white base cardstock used, selected pink as a background. Glued topper into place then layered with double sided mounting tape.
Added adhesive pearl gems and glitter. Card includes matching envelope.
