Decoupage pieces for dimension, add glitter for a beautiful effect.Ive left some of the background colour around the large swag, for folks who may have trouble cutting the fiddly bits.

I printed onto matt photo paper,then cut out all the elements,I took a blank scalloped card and used blending chalks to give a marbled effect then added the base design and built the decoupage with foam pads I finished by adding glitter and a pearl to the flowers and added a cream bow with a pearl added and trailed the ribbon down the side,lovely card complete with a verse suitable for many occasions.
