I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card.I inserted the inner CUP421368_68 .I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added one of the sentiments.
Beautiful design and it's a much better color then my camera is showing.

I printed the sheet onto satin photo paper. Cut out the main picture and attached it to a white card blank. The decoupage and sentiment were added using foam pads.
