I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached backing paper Blue Swirls, cUp 26573_359 to the card using double side tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I layered the design onto silver mirror board and then I attached the design to the card with thin foam pads.
I added glitter to the dragonflies and the centre of the flowers to enhance the lovely design.
