I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a red 'Broadway Lights' backing paper from Debbi Moore. I then attached the main image and used foam pads to add the decoupage layers.
I then added a pink glittered deckle edge border to the top of the card. I added a bold greeting and finished by adding star dust stickles to all the tiaras and jewellery on the girls A great card for any young lady and of course it can be used for all kinds of occasions.
A winner!!
