I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look full. This gorgeous card is now ready for the greeting of your choice.
