I printed on to matte photo paper slightly reduced in size. Mounted the topper on to a 5x7 card and layered all elements. Added a paper bow, some pearls and a greeting. A very cute design...

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
