After printing the sheet, the elements were cut out and mounted onto the base topper with foam tape. I added the "Warmest Wishes" sentiment tag overhanging the bottom edge and adhered the base topper onto a light green pearlescent cardstock.
Adding a few cluster dots around the design to finish it off.
