I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and assembled decoupage using glue gel.I then matted image onto pink dotty card and then attached to a blue A5 card.I highlighted the soapy bubbles with crystal glitter and finished by adding large heart shaped gems.This image is so adorable and will be loved by everyone who receives it.
