I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base a white punched mat and then onto a polka dot card.
I assembled the elements with foam pads and added the sentiment and a bow.. Lovely design.

Printed on 135 gsm paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.
