I printed the file on glossy photo paper and cut out the parts. I covered an 8inch cardblank with blue background cup88792_359 and added the base image at an angle using DST. I framed two corners with plain gold glitter border.
I siliconed the decoupage and added touches of cristal stickles to the shoes and hat ribbon. I added tiny cream pearls to the clutch bag. I added 3 dfferent sized pearls along two sides. Great card for a special birthday!
