I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I matted it onto a textured black square card base and used black and gold peel-offs to form a double border around it.
To finish I added a couple of orange faux gems to the flower centres. This lovely design could be used for several different occasions.
