Printed on good quality card paper, cut out and layered the elements with foam pads, I trimmed in gold peel off to finish around the edges and added the caption
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to pale blue/gray satin sheen card, then to scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with green and silver cord bow.
