I printed the image onto smooth card and cut out all the pieces I added the main image to an A5 mat then to a card using double sided tape, I decoupaged using foam pads added some gems toside ribbons and some stick on borders round the two frames I chose to use stickles on the baloons and glitter them lovely card thanks
