I printed the design on good quality photo paper and attached the base design to a white card and added a contrast blue onto the inside of the card.
I cut around the girl and decoupaged the elements with silicone glue.
I finished the card by adding a 'Happy Birthday' sentiment down the inside of the card. Love the design, very cute!
