I printed this design onto quality card,then cut out all the elements,I then took a blank card,to this I added a bright pink textured card then added the base design,next I built the layers of decoupage with foam pads,the finishing touches I added are gem stones to the hub caps,glitter waves to the sides and three black gemstones to the top.An adaptable card for the younger ladies.
